Head of Creative Economy, Dennis Itumbi, has formalized a deal with comedian Kafengo, following a promise made at the memorial of the late comedian KK Mwenyewe. Itumbi announced that Kafengo and his videographer, Mike, will collaborate with Itumbi's team to develop new platforms, with Kafengo and Mike independently continuing their content creation.

• Compensation will involve Kafengo and Mike sharing Itumbi’s salary.
• Kafengo holds a degree in Mathematics with Computing.
• This initiative aims to support and strengthen Kenya’s digital content creation landscape, as promised after KK Mwenyewe's passing on July 14.
