The Ministry of Land has announced that all stamp duty valuation applications for land transactions in Nairobi and Mombasa will transition to an online system via the Ardhipay Land Stamp Duty Module on the Ardhisasa Platform, effective Monday, August 11.

• The new online process aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and convenience in land and property transactions.
• The online processing will not apply to Mombasa Block XV1 and Block XVII.
• The Ardhisasa Platform facilitates digital land transactions, including land searches, transfer registrations, and rent payments.
