Speaking in Kwale County, CS Ruku emphasized that no official will be shielded from accountability, aligning with President William Ruto's directive for integrity in public institutions.

• CS Ruku called for active public participation in reporting corrupt officers, even suggesting direct contact for information.
• He directed National Government Administrative Officers (NGAOs) to map households affected by hunger in arid and semi-arid areas, assuring that no Kenyan would die from hunger with government interventions across 23 counties.
• The government has allocated Ksh.4 billion for the Kwale–Kinangop Road project, and CS Ruku pledged to fast-track the Last Mile electricity connectivity programme, asserting electricity as a right.
