An urgent blood drive has been launched at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital (JOOTRH) in Kisumu following a tragic road accident on the Kisumu–Kakamega road that left 26 people dead. The accident involved a school bus carrying members of the Sigoti Clan from Nyakach, prompting a national appeal for blood donations to aid the 32 survivors, many in critical condition.
