Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has declared his readiness to face any authority regarding his leadership, following a 48-hour resignation ultimatum from a group of legislators over alleged fraud at the Social Health Authority (SHA).

• Allegations include suspected irregular disbursements and payments to ghost facilities, reportedly involving billions of shillings.
• Duale defended his 20-year public service career, stating his record on integrity is clear and he owns no health facilities or companies doing business with the Ministry of Health.
