• Duale defended his Ministry's efforts in achieving universal healthcare and asserted his willingness to appear before any oversight body to address the multibillion-shilling SHA fraud allegations.
• The allegations and calls for resignation stem from rumors of ghost facilities and mysterious SHA payments, with some leaders, including those from the Kenya Moja movement, claiming evidence linking the CS to the fraud.
