The Africa Tech Challenge (ATC) recently concluded its 10th edition at the Technical University of Kenya (TUK), focusing on advanced technical skills like Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and digital application development to meet the demands of Africa's manufacturing and digital sectors.
- The five-week challenge involved 568 participants in 142 teams from 12 countries across Africa.
- Organized by AVIC Innovation Holding Limited (AVIC INNO), the Ministry of Education, and the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE).
- Top teams will receive training opportunities in China for the WorldSkills Competition, with outstanding individuals earning scholarships, furthering the program's goal of training over 1,000 youth since its launch in 2014.
