Pan-African telecommunications provider Paratus Group has expanded its operations into East Africa, launching services in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and Tanzania, providing internet services and acting as an authorized Starlink reseller in some regions.

• The expansion is supported by the Paratus East-West fiber route, a terrestrial backbone connecting to the Equiano subsea cable.
• Paratus Kenya has been operational since November 2024 as a licensed ISP and authorized Starlink reseller.
