The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is developing a multimillion residential housing project in Milimani, Kisumu city, comprising 162 modern housing units. The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report and is inviting public comments.

• The project features 108 two-bedroom houses and 54 three-bedroom houses, all with domestic servant quarters (DSQ).
• Amenities include a swimming pool, indoor gym, yoga centre, and a jogging track.
• The public has 30 days from publication to submit comments to NEMA Director General Mamo Mamo regarding the project's environmental impact.
