Dr. S.K. Macharia, Chairman of Royal Media Services (RMS) and majority shareholder of Directline Insurance Company, has appointed a new management team for the company, effective immediately. This follows his assumption of leadership at the company's headquarters.

• Among the new appointments, Wilson Wambugu Maina has been named acting Chief Executive Officer of Directline.
• Stella Kinoti will serve as the Chief Finance Officer, assisted by Elizabeth Kuria.
• The former Chief Officer, Sammy Kanyi, has been dismissed as part of these changes, with Dr. Macharia expressing confidence in the new team's ability to deliver.
