Dr. S.K. Macharia, Chairman of Royal Media Services (RMS) and majority shareholder of Directline Assurance Company, has announced a new management team for the company. These immediate changes follow the dismissal of the former Chief Officer, Sammy Kanyi.

• Wilson Wambugu Maina has been appointed as the acting Chief Executive Officer of Directline Assurance.
• Stella Kinoti will serve as Chief Finance Officer, with Elizabeth Kuria as her assistant.
• James Mari has been appointed as the Information Technology manager.
