The Kenya Meteorological Department has issued a forecast for continued rain and cold conditions across various parts of Kenya this week, spanning from Tuesday, September 30, to Saturday, October 4. Specific regions are expected to experience different weather patterns, ranging from continuous rain to sunny intervals with afternoon showers.

• Five counties initially mentioned alongside Nairobi will experience continued rain: Nakuru, Kiambu, Bungoma, Turkana, and Kakamega.
• Regions like Siaya, Kisumu, and Homabay, among others, are predicted to have rains and showers accompanied by thunderstorms day and night, with maximum temperatures of 32°C and minimums of 8°C.
• The North-eastern part of the country, including Marsabit and Mandera, will see day-long sunny intervals with cloudy nights, experiencing maximum temperatures up to 39°C.
