A former Registry Clerk at the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC) has been charged with forgery for allegedly using a fake degree certificate to secure employment, leading her to unlawfully earn over Ksh.7.8 million in salaries.

• The accused, Liza Amara Anyoso, allegedly presented a forged Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Nairobi.
• She pleaded not guilty to three counts at the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court and was released on a cash bail of Ksh.80,000 or a Ksh.1 million bond.
• The case will be mentioned on October 23, 2025.
