The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) announced a 14-hour closure of a section of the Nairobi Southern Bypass to facilitate the Standard Chartered Nairobi Marathon.

• The closure will affect the road between Ole Sereni Interchange and Kikuyu Town.
• The disruption is scheduled from Saturday, October 25, 2025, at midnight to Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
• Motorists are advised to use Mombasa Road (A8) from the Ole Sereni Interchange, through Uhuru Highway, and vice versa as an alternative route.
• Several partial alternate routes are provided for specific vehicle movements, with traffic marshals and police guiding road users.
