The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has summoned Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga to clarify remarks made about former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's passing. The NCIC accused the governor of making divisive comments and contravening Sections 13 and 62 of the NCIC Act.
