The National Liberal Party (NLP) has accused Wiper Democratic Movement of "malicious and deceptive" conduct during the Mumbuni North Ward by-election. This accusation comes after Wiper leaders allegedly paraded NLP's candidate, Calweathers (Mutisya wa Ngai), claiming he withdrew from the race, a claim NLP vehemently denies.
