Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has publicly accused the Kenyan government of plotting to rig the upcoming by-elections scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025. He cited a flawed ballot paper printing process and alleged voter bribery scheme as evidence of manipulation efforts.

• Musyoka claimed the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) used an expired contract with Inform Lykos (Hellas), a Greek company, for ballot paper printing, questioning the transparency of the Sh27 million process.
• He alleged that IEBC's Chief Executive Officer Marjan Hussein Marjan is taking instructions from State House, assisted by a former IEBC Commissioner linked to the President's official residence.
• Musyoka also accused the State of bribing voters by instructing them to photograph their ballots to receive “not less than Sh5,000,” which he described as “a brazen attack on the very soul of our democracy.”
