Microsoft is partnering with Kenya School of Government (KSG) to train 100,000 Kenyan public servants in AI and digital skills over the next three years, aligning with Kenya's National Digital Master Plan 2022-2032.
- 100,000 public servants to be trained
- Key organizations: Microsoft, Regional Centre of Competence (RCoC) at the Kenya School of Government (KSG), Ministry of Information, Communications and the Digital Economy, UNDP Kenya
- The program targets officers from job groups L to P, from Ministries to County Governments, and includes Foundation (FDT) and Application (ADT) tracks, with over 4,000 applicants for the initial FDT101 module.
