The 2025 East African Safari Classic Rally is set to begin on Friday, December 5th, featuring a nine-day battle between man and machine across Kwale, Taita Taveta, and Kajiado counties.

• 60 international rally drivers from 75 countries will participate, with 12 Kenyan drivers, including former champion Baldev Chager.
• The event expects to boost the local economy significantly, with over 1,000 hotel rooms booked in Diani.
• Ministry of Youth Affairs, Creative Economy and Sports Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya emphasized the rally's role in positioning Kenya as a premier sports tourism destination, building on a successful Confederation of African Cycling (CAC) Africa Road Cycling Championship held recently.
