The Social Health Authority (SHA), led by Chief Executive Officer Mercy Mwangangi, has announced the appointment of 82 new principal officers to enhance its managerial capacity and service delivery after a competitive recruitment process.

• SHA's new principal officers were appointed following a recruitment process that began on July 29, 2025.
• The appointments span key areas including legal services, benefits management, supply chain, fund management, and particularly claims management officers in counties, with 47 individuals named in this docket.
