The Kenyan government has announced the second phase of the NYOTA Project’s business start-up capital disbursement, targeting 27 counties and empowering youth with financial support and mentorship. This phase, running from January 8 to January 16, 2026, will see 50,000 beneficiaries each receive Ksh22,000 in their NYOTA mobile wallets and an additional Ksh3,000 for NSSF savings.

• The program aims to support over 100,000 vulnerable youth across all 1,450 wards in Kenya.
