The Kenya Meteorological Department (MET) has released its five-day forecast, predicting occasional rainfall and strong winds for specific regions between Tuesday and Saturday, while much of Kenya will remain dry.

• Affected areas include the Lake Victoria Basin, Highlands West of the Rift Valley, and Central Highlands, including cities like Nairobi and Kisumu, expecting showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons.
• Regions such as the South Eastern Lowlands, the Coast, North Eastern Kenya, and North Western Kenya are forecast to remain consistently dry with high temperatures, peaking at 38°C in some areas.
• Temperatures in the wet regions will range from lows of 7°C to highs of up to 31°C, while dry areas will experience highs of up to 38°C.
