African electric mobility pioneer Agilitee has secured a master license to distribute, commercialise, and licence the Chinese electric vehicle (EV) brand Okla across Africa. This strategic move is poised to accelerate the continent's shift toward green transport.

• Agilitee will spearhead the transformation, distributing five new electric scooter brands exclusively.
• The deal was arranged and advised by Treadway, a Hong Kong–based global investment banking firm.
