Kenya's United Opposition has threatened nationwide street protests if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) fails to address their significant concerns regarding electoral technology, security, and institutional governance. Following a meeting with IEBC commissioners, opposition leaders highlighted dissatisfaction with recent by-elections and the overall preparedness for the 2027 General Election.
