Ndaba Mandela, Founder and Chairman of the Mandela Institute for Humanity, urged African leaders and youth to embrace the rule of law and active participation in public service to achieve inclusive growth, during a media briefing for the Mandela African Leadership Summit.

The Mandela African Leadership Summit, which ran from Wednesday and concluded on Friday, February 6, aimed to advance ethical leadership, youth economic empowerment, climate action, and intra-African collaboration.
Ndaba Mandela stressed that lasting change requires principled leadership, accountable governance, and courageous youth participation, rather than just slogans or social media activism.
Chief Prince Dr. Wilton George Ekpo Adebowale McDonald II highlighted that Africa's transformation depends on strong institutions and legal certainty, stating that the continent "lacks consistent law enforcement, policy continuity, and institutional courage."
