• Luxury neighbourhoods like Muthaiga and Lower Kabete also feature prominently for expensive standalone houses.
• For apartment purchases, General Mathenge, Spring Valley, and Kilimani were listed as having the most expensive units.
• Luxury apartment prices in areas such as Westlands, Kilimani, and Riverside can exceed KSh50 million.
• The report predicts a continued increase in apartment developments, particularly in Westlands, Kileleshwa, and Upper Hill.
• Satellite towns like Ruaka, Syokimau, Ruiru, and Ongata Rongai are projected to become new apartment hubs.
