The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has issued a stern warning against voter intimidation and interference ahead of the February 26 by-elections. The commission is committed to ensuring a peaceful and transparent electoral process.

• The IEBC will deploy two uniformed police officers to each polling station and additional officers at tallying centres to maintain order.
• IEBC Chairperson Erastus Ethekon stated that the commission "will not tolerate intimidation of voters."
• By-elections are scheduled for Thursday in Isiolo South Constituency and three county assembly wards: Muminji, Evurore, and West Kabras.
