The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has announced that all preparations are complete for the mini-polls scheduled for Thursday. The by-elections will fill vacant seats in Isiolo South Constituency and several wards.

• The by-elections are for Isiolo South Constituency Member of National Assembly and Members of County Assembly for West Kabras Ward, Muminji Ward, and Evurore Ward.
• The IEBC, led by Chairman Erastus Ethekon, confirms readiness, including material procurement and KIEMS kit functionality.
• In the Isiolo South race, it's a sibling rivalry between UDA candidate Tubi Mohamed Tubi and Jubilee candidate Bina Tubi, children of the late MP.
