The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has officially opened candidate registration for the 2026 Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA), alongside the ongoing KCSE and KPSEA registrations.

KPSEA registration closes on March 16, while KCSE and KJSEA registrations conclude on March 31.
The registration process is managed by the KNEC, led by its CEO David Njegere.
School heads are strongly advised against a last-minute registration rush and must use the CBA portal (https://cba.knec.ac.ke/) for enrollment, with an added SMS OTP security layer.
