The High Court has refused to immediately halt the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA)'s new instant traffic fines system. The court has instead ordered that the petition challenging the system be formally served upon all respondents.

• The Instant Traffic Fines Management System automatically issues fines to motorists detected violating traffic laws via roadside cameras.
