• Chief agent for the Democratic Party candidate, Mr. Njeru Ngari, testified about disruptions and the alleged exclusion of party agents during vote tallying.
• Concerns were also raised about the alleged presence of Cabinet Secretary Geoffrey Ruku at Gitiburi Polling Station before tallying began, with claims that other party agents were barred from entry.
