• DCI Mohamed Amin revealed that Nyamira County Referral Hospital records show 46 infants died and were taken to the morgue, but there is no official documentation for the disposal of 21 infant bodies found in the grave.
• Key individuals arrested include Mortician Jason Macharia, Public Health Official David Araka Makori, and Cemetery Caretaker Richard Towett.
• A government vehicle, registration GKA 549L, was identified via CCTV footage as the transport used to move the remains, supervised by the chief mortician.
