The Kenya Universities Sports Federation (KUSF) Nairobi North Conference League has concluded, showcasing increased competitiveness and the growing importance of sports in Kenyan universities as a pathway for talent development and future careers.

• Kenyatta University emerged as the overall winning university.
• Mount Kenya University (MKU) was a top performer, finishing 1st Runners-Up Overall and winning multiple institutional awards including Best Private University and Best Host University, securing 10 championship titles across various disciplines.
