The convicted employee, Okandah William John, must repay Ksh4.75 million or face two years in prison.
The Milimani Anti-Corruption Court found him guilty of fraudulent acquisition of public property, uttering a false document, and deceiving a principal.
He worked as a Revenue Collection Assistant at NCWSC from August 2016 to November 2023 using a falsified Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) degree from the University of Nairobi.
