Survivors of Sudan's ongoing conflict have filed a complaint with Kenya’s Director of Public Prosecutions, accusing 10 figures associated with the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of war crimes. The victims allege torture, rape, arbitrary detention, and sexual enslavement since the war began on April 15, 2023.
- A 196-page complaint was filed by Legal Action Worldwide (LAW) and the African Centre for Justice and Peace Studies on behalf of 12 survivors.
