Moi International Airport in Mombasa has reported a significant surge in passenger traffic, handling over 17,000 travelers in a recent 10-day period.

• A total of 17,267 passengers were processed, comprising 8,948 arrivals and 8,319 departures.
• This activity highlights the momentum of the peak tourism season and Kenya's position as an attractive travel destination, as stated by the Tourism ministry.
• The airport's improved connectivity is supported by airlines such as Condor, Discover Airlines, flydubai, and Turkish Airlines, linking Mombasa to various international markets.
