Households participating in Kenya's Cash Transfer for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (CT-OVC) programme have begun receiving payments covering April, May, and June 2026.

• Each beneficiary household is receiving Sh6,000.
• The disbursement is managed by the Ministry of Gender, Culture and Children Services through the State Department for Children Services.
• The payments are part of a social protection initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable families and enhancing child well-being, with preparations for the July 2026 cycle already underway.
