The Kenya Union of Clinical Officers (KUCO) is demanding answers from the police regarding the reported disappearance of a clinical officer, Christin Wanjiru, employed by the Kajiado County Government.

• KUCO received reports that Christin Wanjiru was arrested and taken to Kitengela Police Station on Thursday, August 27.
• The union stated that Wanjiru was allegedly held without being promptly informed of the reason for her arrest and was later removed from the station in an unofficial Subaru vehicle.
• KUCO has formally requested details from the Officer Commanding Station at Kitengela concerning her arrest, custody, and subsequent removal.
