A 21-year-old man, Samuel Kemboi, has been arrested in Trans Nzoia County following a fatal fight over a mobile phone that resulted in the death of a 22-year-old farm worker.

• The victim, identified as Stephen Ndungu, died at the scene in Tawai village on Monday afternoon.
• The suspect, Samuel Kemboi, was apprehended by detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), police officers, and members of the public.
• The confrontation reportedly began as an argument over a mobile phone and escalated into a physical assault.
