These fake websites are reportedly soliciting personal information and falsely claiming to facilitate registration and fund disbursement for the NYOTA programme.

• NYOTA clarified that it does not have an application website or mobile app for fund disbursement; payments are sent directly to successful applicants' provided phone numbers.
• The official application channel for the NYOTA Project is the *254# USSD service, and beneficiaries do not need links to enroll.
• This warning comes after the launch of Phase II business support, where over 122,000 young entrepreneurs received a second tranche of Ksh25,000.
