Keroche, LSHS, and Invesco Face Liquidation and Auction Over Debts - August 2025
Several Kenyan companies are facing severe financial distress. Keroche Breweries Limited is subject to a new liquidation petition from a former Managing Director over an unpaid debt of approximately Sh75 million. Labh Singh Harnam Singh Ltd (LSHS), Kenya’s oldest truck and bus body manufacturer, is being auctioned to recover a Sh1.1 billion debt owed to KCB Group. The company's assets, including a 5-acre industrial property in Machakos County, are up for sealed bids. In another case, Invesco has entered provisional liquidation, with Diana Ndukumumo appointed as the liquidator.
