Africa Hosts Summits in Nairobi and Casablanca on Tourism, Climate, and Finance - October 2025
Several high-profile summits are being held across Africa to address continental issues. In Kenya, Deputy President Kithure Kindiki will open the 15th Magical Kenya Travel Expo (MKTE) at Nairobi’s Uhuru Gardens. At this expo, Kenya is rallying Africa to develop a resilient tourism sector through innovation and investment. Also in Nairobi, the Africa Climate Investment Summit (ACIS) will take place from October 28 to 30, 2025, allowing innovators to seek partnership deals and funding. Meanwhile, Casablanca is set to host the fifth edition of the Africa Financial Summit (AFIS 2025) from November 3–4. This summit will bring together over 1,200 public and private sector leaders to discuss strengthening Africa’s financial sovereignty.
