Authorities in Kericho have arrested six suspects in connection with the discovery of 33 bodies in a mass grave, a grim find that has sent shockwaves through the region. The Director of Criminal Investigations, Mohamed Amin, has confirmed that all 33 bodies discovered in the mass grave in Kericho County originated from the morgue of the Nyamira County Referral Hospital, with three suspects remaining in police custody in connection with the case. Police in Kakamega County have also arrested a man suspected of brutally murdering his wife in Nakuru County and dismembering her body, part of a nationwide trend of increasing violent crime.
