• Boru was removed by the County Assembly Service Board on June 16, leading to his urgent court application.
• The judge, Justice Onesmus Makau, granted an interim injunction to prevent the board from appointing someone else to Boru's position.
• Guyo's impeachment proceedings were also halted following a court order issued by Justice Heston Nyaga, who certified the application as urgent.
