The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has issued a new directive for National Government and County Government entities to collect their applied reflective number plates. To facilitate this, the NTSA Nairobi office extended its working hours, opening on Saturday, August 30, from 9 am to 3 pm.

• NTSA is requiring all government parastatals to apply for the new reflective number plates by August 29.
• The collection involves returning old plates and picking up the new generation plates at NTSA offices, with applications done online via the NTSA service portal.
• NTSA recently launched a dedicated portal for Kenyans to confirm the status of their number plate and driving license applications via the eCitizen portal.
