Businessman turned politician Zedekiah Bundotich Kiprop, commonly known as Buzeki, has officially joined the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) as Kenya prepares for the 2027 General Elections.

• Buzeki previously vied for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat, losing to Jackson Mandago in 2017 and Jonathan Bii in 2022 as an independent candidate.
• His entry is expected to strengthen UDA’s presence in Uasin Gishu and the North Rift Valley region.
• UDA Secretary General Hassan Omar welcomed Buzeki, emphasizing the party’s commitment to unity and an issue-based, citizen-centric political culture.
