- Beginning October 15, Flydubai will operate four weekly flights to Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
- The airline will also upgrade its Mombasa service to seven weekly flights, increasing its total weekly flights into Kenya to 11.
- Return fares from Dubai start at AED 4,500 (approximately KSh 159,000) for business class and AED 1,700 (KSh 60,000) for economy.
- Chief Executive Ghaith Al Ghaith emphasized that Kenya is an "important market" for Flydubai.
- Kenya becomes the twelfth African market in Flydubai's network, highlighting Dubai's growing aviation links with the region.
