TECNO has launched its official online store, **ke-store.tecno.com**, in Kenya, offering a direct platform for purchasing their devices. While currently operating on a click-and-collect model, TECNO promises doorstep delivery soon.

The platform allows customers to browse and purchase phones, laptops, and accessories directly from TECNO.
Currently, the service utilizes a click-and-collect system, requiring customers to pick up orders at a designated TECNO shop. Doorstep delivery is stated to be "coming soon."
Payment is handled upon pickup, with M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card, or bank payments not yet supported online.
TECNO has partnered with Mogo and OnFon Mobile to offer device financing with deposit options of 20% or 27% and flexible repayment terms over 6, 9, or 12 months.
The website currently features some sections partially in Chinese and lacks diverse online payment options.
