Land prices in several Nairobi estates, including Muthangari and Westlands, experienced declines in the final quarter of 2025, according to the latest Hass Consult Quarterly Land Price Index. Despite these quarterly dips, Nairobi is experiencing its strongest land price growth since 2016, driven by demand for development land.
