• The National Police Service (NPS) reported officers were responding to a robbery where a victim was robbed of a silver chain and Kshs. 1,800.
• During a second arrest, youths allegedly incited by a suspect attacked officers, leading to warning shots being fired when Adhiambo was fatally shot.
